are very pleased to have catered out first Grand Canyon rafting
expedition. Our friends report that both the Pulled Pork and Beef
Brisket froze well into day 18 of the trip and cooked perfectly in a Triple Dutch Oven tower along with Green Chile Cornbread, and Double Chocolate Fudge Cake! Check the photo:
